Excel PowerPivot chart 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

In an Excel PowerPivot I created a PivotChart with 2 series of data : Work and Cost for each project.

By default the chart type is "clustered columns". But in fact the 2 bars are one behind the other. I need the 2 bars almost side by side like in any classical histogram.

How can I get this layout?

    Thanks

  • I think you are using the Stackd Bar chart. What happens if you right click on the chart, select "Change Chart Type" and select "Clustered Column"

  • Thanks Prasanna,

I already set the chart type as "Clustered Column" but it seems that the issue is because I use two vertical axes. When I set this parameter, the two bars fall one behind the other. The red bar in the background, the blue in the foreground.

    Is there a workaround?

    Thanks again
