Help required for Rollup1 RRS feed

  • Dear CRM FRIENDS!!

    Lately I applied Rollup1 for our CRM 3.0 and it is saying Authentication Error and neither the Admon nor the user coul d go into that. Although, everything from the Deplyment Manager work ok and there are no signs of error in the Event Viewer aswell. Would apprciate some urgent suggestions

  • You could try a repair installtion.  If that doesn't fix it, call CRM support.

  • go to control panel on the server, add remove programs, click on Microsoft CRM 3.0, click the uninstall/configure button, and select the repair option.

     

    You will need to have access to the CRM 3.0 installation media.
