Network Connection Error with WordPress Blogs

  I am getting an error today when trying to post an article on my Self- hosted WordPress blog. 

  Error attempting to connect blog at :

  http://innolea.com/xmlrpc.php

  The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error  occurred on a service.

  I tried re-installing blogs accounts and Windows Live Writer but the problem is not resolved yet.  Please help me.
