Problem with an unmapped user. RRS feed

  • We have conducted a deployment from CRM 2011 through to CRM 2015.

    There were some users with multiple AD accounts which confused the mapping process.  I had thought we had remapped all the users effected but it looks like we missed one.

    How do I re-add/enable this user and associate them to all their old records?

    I presume the records are all still there I just don't know what state a non-mapped user will be in and how to re-associate it with AD. Are we enabling and adding in the account to the record?  Is this going to be more complicated than that?
