After restoring to factory setting I lost the license for one year subscription I bought.

  I came to know that, u wanna subscribe onecare..
  
  The only thing u can do here is, You can use ur windows live and password to subscribe onecare..
  
  Then u can get one year subscrition on your computer.

  HI!

  Just click on the subscribe button then key-in the live id and password that is associated with your subscription.  Onecare should be able to take your subscription then.
