CRM 2011 outlook client covers emails in the reading pane in outlook 2013 RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm having a bit of problem with my CRM 2011 outlook client on my outlook 2013. When I reply on an email inside the outlook window, the outlook 2013 doesn't open a new window to reply, I get the CRM client's info window maximized and covering the entire email.

    Has anyone seen anything similar and hopfully found a solution?

  • In the Outlook client, open your CRM personal options. On the General tab, you should see options on what form to use when opening mail, tasks, contacts, etc.

    This option determines what form (Outlook or CRM form) is rendered when the user opens a Contact, email, etc from within Outlook.

  • Thanks Jason, but I'm talking about the CRM-info regarding emails that is available as a roll up menu at the bottom of emails. That one is completely covering the emails when I click reply in outlook 2013 since the email is edited "inline" in the reading pane.
