TechNet account question - non technical RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello everyone. I have recently replaced a young IT professional as network administrator at my company. Since I've been on board I realized he was a technet subscriber (purchased through company funds). Needless to say, we gained access to the account since it was not his own personal account but a company account.

Now to my question. I notice this account was used for MANY keys, and my quota's are full (such as 10/10 for office 2010 pro, etc). I don't know what his reasoning or use was for all 10 of these keys, being the company is small and from word of mouth I can assume he is using these keys for personal, non-company use.

Is there anything I can do to have my account reset and have these keys no longer be activated/genuine? I know for sure that none of these keys are being used at the company as of now.

    Thanks much in advance!

    Phil
