  • Question

  • A user reported that when they saved a system view as a personal view, they are unable to edit the view. They are unable to add any filters or add any fields to their personal view. I already check the saved view rights under security roles.

    Are you sue that your users are owner of the views ? Is the security role an out of the box or a specific one ? What are the privilege level in the security role ?
