  • Question

  • On Friday 04/18 I had my DSL moved to another  telephone line. Sat.(04/19) I got a renew message and my subscription has expired for my Windows Live One Care. According to Qwest this service is included with my Broadband. I have looked everywhere possible for a solution. Where do I go from here? Who do I need to contact? When I go to the renewal page, it gives me the system is down or something similair. Help

  • Thank you for your reply. I ended up calling the broadband support number that is on Qwest's website. They instructed me to uninstall Windows Live One Care and redownload it using my new login email address since my account on my old phone number was terminated even though my email wasn't. Works great now. Thanks again for your help.

  • You're welcome. Thanks for explaining that the change in email address was the cause. Qwest canceled your old account and created a new one, hence the reason that your OneCare subscription also got canceled.
