MCITP Certificate problem

i'm passed exam 70-433 then i registed with mcp id send to my mail and download certificate then i enered to exam 70-451

and i passed the exam and whentry to register by same email to get certificate the site not accept same mail so i register by another mail and now i passed exam 70-450 yesterday and until now no message come from Mcp and i 'm not able to merge all these exam in one account to be MCITP

please help me what i do in this situation and what is the steps to get it

You need to contact your local microsoft regional service center to merge it all together.
