How do you find the Org Name in CRM 4 On Premise RRS feed

    isnt the org name the the one listed in SQLSMS (orgname)_MSCRM?

    By default, yes.  However, if the Organisation was imported, the DB name could be entirely unrelated to the Unique Org Name.  To be sure, use Deployment Manager:

    Name is the Unique Org Name.  Friendly Name is the name you see in the top-right of the CRM Web Application near your logged in User Name.
