Organizing Client Notes RRS feed

  • I have had an interesting request by a user.

    When entering notes after communicating with a client, is it possible to enter the notes in the contact notes area, but have then accessable in both the contact notes and the account notes ?  


    Logically the notes should be with each contact within an account, but if you just wanted a summary of notes, why should you have to go to each contact. Why not just go to the notes within the accounts and get the whole picture ?


    How are others doing it ?
