I have purchased a copy of office 2007 via the HUP. It has been installed and working fine until a couple of weeks ago when I got a message saying it was not validated. I have sent three unanswered e-mails to the support. The ten days I had to confirm validation have passed and I am still getting a note in office products saying the copy of office is not genuine. I have uninstalled, reinstalled revalidated but still get the message even though it passed validation. What is going on? Here is the result from running the MGADT Diagnostic Report (1.9.0011.0): ----------------------------------------- WGA Data--> Validation Status: Genuine Validation Code: 0
