CRM Add-in Crashing Outlook 2013 RRS feed

    We are running CRM 2013 on Outlook 2013.

    At random times, Outlook becomes unresponsive, checking task manager reveals that it is using loads of CPU, even though it is left idle.

    Leaving the process alone hoping it will become responsive again is useless, the only option is to end the process forcefully through Task Manager and re-open Outlook.

    It will then stop working 20 minutes or so later.

    We have noticed that when we disable the CRM add-in for Outlook, we don't experience this problem again, so it is definitely caused by CRM.
