CRM Contacts not Synchronizing to Outlook for some users... RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Running CRM 4 on Premise with Outlook Client, some of our users are not able to sync thier Contacts made in CRM to thier Outlook client...

    .....I have done some tests where I added a test user and that worked fine and I removed and readded the Outlook client CRM Toolbar etc, plus I have gone through and comapred AD permissions between users and although they are identical, 1 person can sync and the other can't. This is onyl affecting 3 users out of 67, but am concerned that this may go further....any help please ;-\

    NOTE: it is only Contacts....not tracked email.

    Ignore this now.....have found the issue...really silly fix....these particular users had taken the tick out of the Contact options on the Syncronization Tab under the options...
