0xC004E003 error code when activating vista home premium - please help RRS feed

  • I have a few days of the grace period left to get windows working and the prduct activation code is giving this error message 0xC004E003.  i have read the other posts and they all seem to be individual reasons so ive included below the diagnostic report that people seem to use :

  • Your machine should have a COA Sticker attached to it - for which version and edition o Windows is it valid?

    Assuming it's for Windows Vista Home Premium, then use the link at the botom of the System Properties page to change the Key to the ne on your sticker - you will probably have to then activate by telephone.
