Recreated AD user and now can not login to CRM RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    We deleted a users Active Directory account and recreated it.  However now the user is unable to login to the CRM.  It says username and/or password incorrect.  I have tried updating the user in the CRM settings to no avail.  Has anyone run in to his issue?

  • Even though you have added the user to AD with the same credentials, it is still not the same user which was added to CRM. Try this method to map the old CRM user to the new AD user.

  • I pointed the user at a different AD account, saved, switched it back, saved and its working fine now.
