I'm trying to include a hyperlink in my signature, but it does not appear to understand html...
Any hints or examples?

Try something like this:
<[a href="http://www.retrovention.com/blog">My Blog</a]>
You will need to remove the []. I put it there in case this site parses for HTML.
When it works corretly, you would see a hyperlink named "My Blog"

This can be added as help/tooltip when you try to edit the signature.

Hi Ed,
This used to work for me, but for some reason has stopped working. Now the html is showing instead (see my sig block below).
