Pop-up window shows up on starting Explorer MSN RRS feed

    Every time I call up Explorer a window shows up asking me if I am looking for MSN Canada or MSN.com. It also gives me the option of selecting a line that says "I know where I want to go, don't show this again." If I click this line nothing happens. If I close the window, it crops up next time I open Explorer. How do I get rid of this nuisance and get back some peace of mind?

    2. Try google.

    3. Try clearing your cache.

    4. Try a new home page for IE.
