XRM Microsoft Dynamics Developer or .Net Developer

  Hello guys,

  Today I seek your advice. I've been a .Net developer for many years now. This week my employer offered me to work on XRM Microsoft Dynamics. I don't have any idea about Dynamics work itself but I always heard that CRM is a good option to work on. Could you please help me with your experience? What are the pros and cons of working on XRM? What are the opportunities in that field? Everything that could help is welcome.
