Restore hangs, support issue RRS feed

  • I am a paid subscriber.

    While attempting to restore from a backup of 1TB, Oncecared hangs at the screen immediately after I have selected a backup to restore. When I try to get support through the online help, it gives me the following message repeatedly:

    We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an error in the submission. Please try again later.

    I need a phone number to call. A stressful situation has become unnecessarily more stressful.
