Index was outside the bounds of the array- solution fails to import RRS feed

  • Hello,
     
    I am getting the following error " 0x80044150 Index was outside the bounds of the array"  on the contact entity and the solution fails to import to CRM 2011 Online.  We do have Core Motives Solution also. I know there must be a customization conflit somewhere but not sure how to trace it.
     
    Any help/ideas are greatly appreciated it.
