  • Attempting to install Office 2007 Enterprise which was purchased from my University. When I enter the product key that was supplied with the disc, I am given the following message: The key is incorrect. Verify that you have the correct key, and then retype it.

    Ultimatly, it comes down to the Product key. Unfortunatly, I can not check out your Product Key without you posting and you Do Not want to post it on a public forum.

  • I am having this same issue.  I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office 2007... it installed fine, I entered the product key and it worked perfectly.... once... then the program started asking for the product key again.  I entered it a second, 3rd, 4th, ....10th time and it keeps telling me the product key is invalid...

    Office is not yet installed, so there's not much we can do for you here in this forum.  Since the Univeristy supplied the disc and the Product Key, the solution to your dilemma is most likely going to be supplied by them as well.

    I can tell you that the letter "B" and the numeral "8" are very easy to get mixed up....ask me how I know!

  • I had uninstalled it (along with the trial version that was on my computer) in an effort to see if I could re-validate it. I've installed it once again. I've gone over the product key many times to see if I could find any "ambiguous" characters, but no such luck. I will try and contact my school's computing department, but don't know how much they'll be willing to help me since I am no longer a student there. If there is anything you could help me with, I'd appreciate it.
