If the CRM application is accessed over the Internet, then you will need to consider the configuration of Internet Facing Deployment. This will mean reviewing DNS entries on the external domain to ensure that they point to the new external IP addresses associated
with the new site and firewall settings to route incoming traffic for CRM to the correct servers.
Within the network, it depends whether other servers are also moving. An on-premises installation of CRM uses Active Directory and SQL Server. If those servers are also moving and internal IP addresses are not changing then there is probably nothing to do.
If only the CRM server is moving then you will need to consider how the CRM server will communicate with SQL and AD.
