Import Organization throws error. Trace file shows Crm Exception: Message: LookupAccountSidW failed with error (0), ErrorCode: -2147214038 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We are migrating our Production environment to new servers. We have set up the new environment and have installed rollup 10 on the same. On trying to import the organization database through deployment manager on the new environment, the mmc snap-in throws an error with the following content at the step of user mappings:

  • I've found the reason for the error within the MMC error.

In your systemuserbase table there may be blank fields.

Select * from systemuserbase table and see if there are missing fields.

  • Interesting.   I'm getting the same error on organization import.

    Is this CRM 4.0 Standard?

    Only one organization allowed?

I also see an 18456 error in the log after the error indicating that the SQL authentication failed.

  • Hi,

which user-mapping option are you using? I had the same problem when using 'Keep existing...'

    We are on UR10

  • Running profiler during the process I see this :

select SystemUserId, FullName, DomainName, ActiveDirectoryGuid, IsDisabled, AccessMode from SystemUserBase  where SystemUserId not in  (select SystemUserId from OrganizationBase  union  select IntegrationUserId from OrganizationBase)
