2 Synchronization in the same project on the same database ? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

I am looking to have in my mobile application 2 features :

        - Synchronization using GPRS : 2G,3G....etc
        - Synchronization using connected PDA (ActiveSync using local network)

the difference between those 2 is that when i synchronize using GPRS there is a big table called PARC i dont want to it to be synchronized !! But when i am using LAN i want to synchronize all tables.

is there a way to do it ?

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi,

I think this is not a MS Sync Framework question.

You have to find out if you can  check via the .NET CF, if you are connected via GPRS.
If yes, then you add your table to the Sync-Tables list. If not then not.

    Maybe this can help: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/netfxcompact/thread/ad2800ef-7281-4040-b8cd-f223c657196d
