Import file parse - what does this mean RRS feed

  • I have a file ready to be imported into crM 4.0. it has been sitting in a wait stage for the last 30 hours. under the Systems Job screen it shows "import file parse".  nothing seems to be happening. can someone tell me what this means and what i should be doing to get this to work.

  • Hi, Gene.

    Try to cancel job, switch on trace, and repeat import. If import will handle again open trace for details.

    Does the import file big?

  • the import file is small, just 4 records. it is a sample to to see if it will work. once it works then i have some larger files to import. can i do trace as a systems admin or will i need our tech to do that.

    To switch on you have to have rights to register.
