OneCare charged me twice for renewing OneCare! RRS feed

  • Sometime in the last week I renewed OneCare via the in-client interface on my XP machine, and it worked (in contrast to my dad's experience on a vista box). Anyways, later this week I received a message saying that my visa was going to be charged for an auto-renewal fee, and now there are two digital receipts for renewal in my dad's inbox. Also, the value on my visa statement from online banking confirms that I've been charged twice. 

    How do I get my money back?
