I have a message which says I don't have a genuine version of Microsoft Office. I have had my computer for 2 years and bought it direct from the manufacturer with Windows Vista Home Premium installed. I have the authorisation certificate sticker on the body of the computer. I have tried to validate it by following the instructions on screen but the exe download does not appear. It is now not allowing me to use the programmes properly - what can I do?
