So I've been unable to find any information on Netbreeze or Social Listening for CRM 2013. All of the hype was around the Leo release of Q2 2014, but still nothing?
How long will onPrem customers have to wait to use Netbreeze? I found this article, but seems to be outdated.
It is referred to as Microsoft Social Listening, it is Microsoft hosted but can be used with Online or On Prem http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/en-us/microsoft-social-listening/
