  • I just paid for OneCare renewal, got the acknowledgement, funds were taken from my bank account but I keep getting messages saying that I am not protected and need to renew.  How do I get that fixed?

  • It usually takes 24-48 hours for a renewal to work its way through the system. Your subscription status should be updated in the next day or so.
