I have looked up this Product Key and is shows as Blocked for the reason of "Abuse".
Unfortunately, my tool doesn't elaborate on the nature of the abuse so I recommend contacting MSDN or BizSpark for further assistance with this.

I can’t swear to it – but that looks very much to me like an MSDN KeyDarin may be able to confirm/deny that tomorrow when he gets back to work -If that is the case....Your Windows Key is from a not-for-resale MSDN account. You need to claim an immediate refund from the vendor - do NOT accept the offer of a new key.(all they are trying to do is to get past the 45-day claims window. or avoid you sending the evidence of their crimes to the authorities)
Please read the following stickies.... ....................

The pirates have got VERY good at this over the past few years, as the price of equipment for manufacturing the packages drops, and as factories open in less well-policed countries.

I don't think it is MSDN, but it probably is programatic. As the OP said,
We are a startup company participating in Microsofts Bizpark.
He means BizSpark.

Thanks for the fast reply, but what's wrong with an MSDN key (that is legally mine!!!)?
I was not cheated into getting this key - it is part of the microsoft Bizspark subscription that my company is participating in.
...and it worked for a few months until stopping (being blocked) now.
Thanks,
Tal.

Nothing. As long it is part of your BizSpark or MSDN subscription. But if you review this forum a bit you will see what Noel was thinking might be going on. There are tens of thousands of Chinese made counterfeit copies of Windows all over the internet that use fraudulantly obtained MSDN, TechNet, and other programatic keys. So Noel's first thought was that. What is different in this forum is the 076 in your product ID because we seldom see N (Euro) editions.
Product Name: Windows 7 Ultimate N
If you can't find a restore point prior to when you first saw the problem that recovers the system to a genuine state then you should contact your MSDN concierge for help. If you simply request a new key from the website you may not get a N product key. Regular and N product keys are not interchangeable. You need to get help through your program.
