Unable to Send emails from Windows Live Mail RRS feed

    Am receiving emails, but cannot send emails. Keep getting error code:
    The connection to the server has failed.

    Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
    Protocol: SMTP
    Port: 25
    Secure(SSL): No
    Socket Error: 10060

    What is causing?
