    Until recently, I have been using this printer with few problems on my PC using Windows 10.  Then I received an on screen notice to install a new toner cartridge.  The printer had been printing clearly and with no sign of running out of toner.  I tried removing the cartridge and rocking it back and forth to redistribute the toner.  I re-inserted the cartridge and received the same message.

    I've now gotten a new printer cartridge.  It is an HP brand 35A.  I followed the directions and installed it.  I am still getting the message to install a new toner cartridge (INSTALL BLACK CARTRIDGE).

    How can I solve this problem?
