  >winrs.exe -r:<HostName> wusa.exe <update> /extract:<c:\Folder>

  syntax in correct !!

  i am missing anything ??

  Are you using 'Run As Administrator' ? And does your account have local administrator rights ?

  Yes tried with "Run As Administrator", My user is in Local admin Group's.
