Quick find search error RRS feed

    I'm wondering if you can help me.

    On our local CRM 2011 system, we're receiving an error when using the quick search. The problem only occurs, when searching for cases within the Account entity. I search within the Cases entity in the normal quick find and it returns results without any errors. The error is as follows:

    I've done some research online and the only potential resolution I found was within Settings> System settings> Enable Quick Find record limits> Set to NO.

    This hasn't resolved it. Any ideas?
