  • <fetch version="1.0" output-format="xml-platform" mapping="logical" distinct="false">
     <entity name="entityschemaname">
       <link-entity name="linkentityschemaname" from="linkentityprimarykeyfield" to="entityprimarykeyfield">
    <attribute name="fieldschemaname" />
    <attribute name="fieldschemaname" />
    <attribute name="fieldschemaname"/>
    <attribute name="fieldschemaname" />
    <attribute name="fieldschemaname"/>
        </link-entity>
      </entity>
    </fetch>

    I found the solution for group-by as well.

    In the designing page we can use group-by. In fetchxml for step by step grouping is not possible as per my knowledge. I have made it through designing.Right click on the designing page and add table add columns data and again right click on the table then click on add group under Row group select parent group a pop-up will come in that select the field which you want to group and check the box "add header column". again do the same but instead on selecting parent group select child group that is the only change we are going to do.
