    I have a home network with 3 computers connected to WHS.   I am having problems backing up one of the computers.   I can configure the backup and when I start it, it starts but does not do anything.   It always sits at 0% complete and there are no error messages that I can find.   I have run chkdsk /f on the hard drive and have gotten no errors.    Any ideas ?

    Hi,
    check the event log of the machine for any errors. Especially VSS issues are often related.
    Maybe run also chkdsk /f /r and not only chkdsk /f.

    Did you try a manual backup or do you talk about the automated backups?
    Backup may also stuck at 0%, if another job is still running, since the WHS backup service is a single tasked software. Maybe, if your backup time window in the WHS settings is too short, automated backup will never start.
