Problem with System settings page RRS feed

  • Hi

     

      While accesing  settings - > organization settings - > system settings i am getting the following error 

    "An error has occurred. For more information, contact your system administrator". If any body have idea how solve this please help its very urgent

    Look for more descriptive information in the event log.

    If that does not help power up the CRM tracing.

     

    If the tracing information does not revile the true nature of your problem send it here and I'm sure someone will find a way to help you.

    Hi Shaik,

     

    Check the Privilages for the user with which you are accessing the system settings.

     

    You will need eiother System Customiser or System Administrator Roles for the operation.

          Thanks for your replay.  I am trying to access that System Settings page  with user having  System Administrator and System customiser priviliges. I am getting the same error if  you have any other solutions for this issue or  link replicate to same issue please let me know
