CRM 2013 on-premise: Licensing for service users RRS feed

    A question to the licenisng specialists. Is it necessary to buy a user cal for a service user account which interacts as a interface between CRM and an other software. It creates and updates accounts and contacts.

    If your user appears in the list of users inside CRM then yes you do need a license.

    Thanks, I thought it. So as far as a CRM user within CRM will be created it's like a normal CRM user.
