You should receive your MCID and acess code by email within one week after passing the exam. If a week has passed and you have not received the message, maybe it was lost as spam or there was some other problem with your mailbox. In this case, phone your Regional Service Center and they will take care of your problem.

Alberto is quite correct. If you have not been notified that your provider in a week or so, please contact the regional service center for your country/region. If you provide them with the information from the printed score report for your exam, this will help them locate your records and solve the issue more quickly.
