Your machine was manufactured well before Windows 7 was released, and cannot have a Windows 7 SLIC table such as visible in your report.
Your installation was enabled by a hacker's Activation Exploit.
You should reformat and reinstall using the manufacturer's Recovery software for your original OS, and then upgrade to Windows 7 using a legitimate Upgrade package, if you so desire.

the product key in use is the default key windows uses when no key is entered during install. you will have to change the product key to the one on your COA, proof of license label, or if a download from your email.
click start, type slui 3, press enter.
