  • Question

  • Ok, the title says it all really.
I am an Action Pack Subscriber, so upgraded one of the PC's in the Office to Vista Ultimate when the CD's arrived. (This did a reinstall as I needed to then reinstall my other development tools and software.)

  • Hello MattR71,

These forums are for the support of Windows Genuine Advantage Validation issues. Your post does not appear to a be Vista Activation or Validation related and, as such is, unfortunately, off-topic (as well as outside my main area of knowledge)

I recommend reposting your question to one of the Office Newsgroups: http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/FlyoutOverview.mspx or go to http://support.microsoft.com for additional support options.

    Thank you,
    Darin MS

p.s. Please Note that saying "Now I can't install Office" isn't very descriptive. Describing the situation around how the Office failed to install (as well as any error messages) would help the reader to diagnose the issue better.
