How do I re-activate my Live OneCare subscription RRS feed

  • Hi I had to  remove Live OneCare and re-install it.  It tells me I have to subscribe, so I enter my details but it tells me I have already registered it and tells me to open OneCare and Re-Activate.  There is not a Re-Activate option, so how do I do it????

  • When you reinstall OneCare you need to activate with the same LiveID that you originally activated with. You cannot re-use the product key, which was used to subscribe.

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
