Why did I get banned and how can I try and undo a ban from a report that wasn't true?

  I got communication banned for a week and I don't understand why I did get banned because I didn't do anything wrong at the time I was reported. I am pretty sure that I was reported for something that I didn't do and should be heard about this misunderstanding and have help trying to sort this out.
