  • Hi.

We have problems with symantec configuration. Solution - is to include CRM website to trusted zone of symantec to prevent scripts check which cause decreasing of performance.

  • Hi Marwa,

Just to add to Andriy's post.

Regardless of which AV you are using on the server, make sure you switch off on-access scanning for the MS CRM Website. Otherwise the system performance will deteriorate when more than 1 user logs in.

  • Hi,

If you have not resolved this, please check with your Anti-Virus provider to find out the exact steps you need to take to exclude MS CRM web site and associated pages from being scanned by the product.  You might also find some documentation in the product help files.  The suggestion is to exclude MS CRM from your Anti-Virus scanning.

  • Hi,

Thank for your fast replay, can you clarify what do you mean by trusted zone.

     Internet explorer trusted zone
    OR
symantec  truested zone, and if it is in symantec where exactly can we find this option

Not: we are using symantec end point protection 11.0 MR 4

    thanks
