  • This machine appears to have been manufactured well before 2017 (possibly as far back as 2014)- I suspect that the BIOS has been updated.

    That said, the usual cause of this error is that the machine has been re-installed using retail media, rather than the required Manufacturer's Recovery media.

    You will need to reformat and reinstall using the proper manufacturer's Recovery media.

  • Microsoft stopped selling OEM SLP versions of Windows 7 in 2014.  Your PC was manufactured in 2017.  If you wish to use Windows 7, you'll need to purchase a new Windows 7 license and perform a "clean install".  Genuine Windows 7 professional licenses can be purchased here
