I had one care running on a Vista machine with no problems and loved it. Today itrequired urgent ation. I was to turn on the firewall and update virus protection. It would not turn on the firewall or update and stopped responding virus or up dates. As instructed by help? I removed onecare with the onecare cleaner restarted the computer. I went to the onecare site to reinstall. Here I was told to install click the link below. When I click the link instead of the RUN, SAVE or CANCEL window I get a window with this
Do you want to save this file or find a program online to open it
Name: SetupOneCare
Type: Unknown File Type 1.18 MB
From: iorigin.onecare.live.com
I tried saving iorigin.onecare.live.com and could not open it. I am guessing that the downloader still thinks I have onecare on the machine.
I would love to get it running again.
