msmgr32.dll RRS feed

  • I use Scan Wizard 5 with my Microtek Scanmaker i800. It worked beautifully with my new Windows 7 computer until this week. Now it tells me the scanner is not connected when it is as it is recognised in the devices panel. I have downloaded and re-installed the software and also downloaded a trial version of Silverfast Ai trying to get to the bottom of things. After turning off, unplugging and re connecting it worked yesterday but not today. Silverfast gives me the message: Unable to load the required file msmgr32.dll.  Does anyone else have this problem or have a way I can fix things? Keep it simple as I only know enough to be dangerous!
