I had a proble with my laptop, HP Pavilon 64bit. I reinstall windows 10 on my laptop because my laptot is exposed by a virus. And then after reinstall windows 10 I got new problem that is: NO PEN OR TOUCH INPUT IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS DISPLAY. I already check device manager and the icon unde Human Interface Devices and theres no touch driver. How to solve that? :(((

Please download adequate driver for you HP Pavilion via HP support site, and install it.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07165
and check BIOS settings if the feature is enabled.
